Job Description
Cricket Wireless is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team in Davie. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about retail sales, customer service, and technology products. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wireless products and services
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products and services
- Maintain merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service
- Educate customers on phone etiquette, plans, and device features
- Supervise or assist with supervising team members when required
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
