Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee two major luxury residential developments—one in London and one in Dubai. You will lead the full project lifecycle, from design coordination and contractor management to budget oversight and on‑site execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle for two luxury residential developments
- Lead coordination between architects, designers, consultants, and contractors
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and reporting
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Manage regulatory approvals and permits in both UK and UAE
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing luxury residential construction projects
- Strong technical understanding of architectural drawings and construction methodologies
- Experience with both UAE construction and UK standards
- Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field
