Job Description
As a Project Manager in the F&B coffee industry, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering projects from initiation to closure. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation frameworks
- Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to scope and budget
- Monitor project performance and manage risks proactively
- Prepare and present periodic project reports to senior management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management
