Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director
Job Description
Lead sales and business development across B2B and B2C channels in Dubai for a leading healthcare diagnostics provider. Drive revenue growth through innovative partnerships, market expansion, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and overall commercial performance across B2B and B2C segments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.
- Identify and implement innovative opportunities with technology and wearable companies, corporates, and strategic partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with government entities, hospitals, and major clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and BD team.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular performance reports to the Managing Director.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across customer journeys.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in sales and business development, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or related sectors
- Proven track record in driving B2B and B2C revenue growth, with P&L responsibility
- Strong network and experience engaging with government entities and corporate clients
- Strategic and innovative thinker, capable of developing non-traditional sales initiatives and partnerships
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams
- Results-oriented, commercially savvy, and able to execute complex projects
