Job Description
The position is responsible for generating sales and deliver customer service at its best. Support operational duties such as housekeeping and visual presentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent and outstanding guest service
- Follow Always Fresh procedures for products
- Ensure order accuracy for every guest
- Maintain speed of service targets
- Execute service recovery for guest complaints
- Prepare products according to standards
- Handle cashiering tasks including cash and card payments
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Work in compliance with health and safety legislation
