Job Description
Diplomat Rent A Car is seeking to hire a Corporate Sales Manager – Long-Term Leasing with proven, hands-on experience in long-term leasing contracts and operational leasing for corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and develop long-term leasing contracts with corporate, government, and private sector clients
- Build and manage strategic relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
- Prepare commercial and pricing proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Manage the full contract lifecycle (from negotiation to signing, implementation, and renewal)
- Establish, build, and manage the corporate sales team
- Develop sales plans, sales strategies, and annual/quarterly sales targets
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of approved sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and finance departments to ensure efficient contract execution
- Prepare periodic reports on contract performance and the customer portfolio
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same field (corporate sales for long-term leasing / operational leasing / fleet sales)
- Proven track record in negotiating and closing long-term B2B contracts
- Fluency in English is a must (spoken and written)
