Job Description

Impel Consultant is partnering with a global leader at the intersection of business coaching and eLearning solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this unique role blends executive culture and talent coaching with strategic business development—positioning you to drive both internal organizational excellence and external market growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Implement Culture Strategies aligned with core organizational values
  • Mentor leadership teams on talent management and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with HR on talent acquisition and onboarding
  • Conduct culture assessments and facilitate feedback sessions
  • Identify and secure business development opportunities within eLearning and coaching sectors
  • Act as ambassador for eLearning solutions
  • Support executive placement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years in leadership roles within HR, talent management, business development, or organizational development
  • Proven track record in developing strategic business partnerships
  • Strong network in eLearning, coaching, or enterprise sales sectors
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
