Strategic Program Manager
Job Description
The Program Manager owns the delivery of the company's highest-priority, cross-functional initiatives. The role ensures that executive and company priorities are translated into well-structured, business-aligned programs with clear ownership, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes. Reporting to the Chief of Staff.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives
- Define program structure: scope, milestones, and success metrics
- Operationalize leadership decisions with the Chief of Staff
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Operations
- Identify delivery risks and track mitigation actions
- Establish delivery rhythms and hold teams accountable
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in program management, strategy execution, or operations
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Experience working with executive office is a plus
