Job Description
Cavend Construction is hiring a Business Development Engineer with a focus on construction opportunities and tendering coordination.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new construction opportunities
- Develop relationships with clients, developers, and consultants
- Identify and evaluate tenders and RFQs
- Coordinate with estimation and engineering teams to prepare proposals
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering
- 3–7 years of experience in construction business development and tendering
