Job Description

Manage revenue, profitability and CTS (D&A and S&D costs) across the DC/Unit and drive commitment to meeting financial goals. You will lead people planning and provide ongoing coaching to supervisors in the North Africa beverage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage revenue and profitability targets
  • Implement unit/DC S&D plans
  • Execute yearly AOP process
  • Review trade coverage plans Regularly
  • Motivate and develop the sales team through coaching
  • Ensure control over company assets like coolers
  • Lead monthly reporting of results

Qualifications

  • Excellent business knowledge of field sales and distribution
  • FMCG industry experience preferred
  • Good financials background
