Reservation Supervisor - Omani National
Job Description
Mandarin Oriental Muscat is looking for a Reservations Supervisor to join our Reservation team. As Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Reservations Department to ensure an effective daily workflow and the delivery of exceptional level of service.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Reservations Manager to oversee the Reservations Department
- Assist in managing, training and developing the team
- Ensure both revenue and quality targets are achieved
- Actively promote upselling and cross-selling
Qualifications
- 3 years of work experience in Reservations with same capacity, preferably in luxury hotel
- Degree holder in hotel management or other related disciplines
