Job Description

The sales specialist is a pivotal and practical position, responsible for the implementation of sales in the project entrusted to him in coordination with the project sales manager and the work team. He will be responsible for carrying out real estate sales and marketing operations in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of marketing and selling commercial properties, residential properties and off-plan sales in the field
  • Commitment to the annual sales plan by ensuring the correctness of implementation and achieving sales targets
  • Carrying out practical promotion, deployment and marketing of residential and commercial units
  • Collect information from competitors regarding prices and payment methods
  • Build relationships with potential customers and maintaining good relationship with key customers
  • Search for new strategies and sales methods
  • Follow-up and confirmation of payment operations at the scheduled times
  • Submit daily, monthly and annual sales reports
  • Maintaining sales volume by understanding all project details
  • Coordinating and working with the customer experience and marketing departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate development or sales
