Job Description
Fairmont RAMLA RIYADH seeks passionate individuals to join the team. Prepare for daily arrivals by allocating rooms and checking for special requests. Update guest information and handle cashiering tasks.
Responsibilities
- Process check-ins and check-outs for all arrivals
- Update guest information in the system
- Handle foreign exchange transactions and night audit tasks
- Settle accounts upon departure
- Resolve guest complaints
- Handle walk-in and call-in reservations
- Update the Shomoos government system
- Drive upselling opportunities
Qualifications
- Saudi nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field
- Proficient in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
