Sales Lead
Job Description
Drive sales growth and expand market share for resins across assigned geographies. Involves executing strategic sales plans and identifying new business opportunities in the resins segment.
Responsibilities
- Own regional sales and business development for INDION resins
- Develop and execute regional business plans
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Conduct technical sales discussions and support customer trials
- Manage key customer relationships and channel partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
- 6–10 years of progressive sales experience in ion exchange resins or water treatment
