Job Description
PepsiCo is looking for a Sr. Route Salesman to maximize sales volume and minimize stales. You will achieve distribution targets, implement merchandising standards, and handle collections while maintaining high service levels for customers.
Responsibilities
- Sell the full range of products against targets
- Follow daily route plans and call frequencies
- Maintain the sales vehicle in clean condition
- Manage customer stock levels to minimize out-of-stock issues
- Reconcile cash and credit sales daily
- Report competitor activity to supervisor
