Job Description
We are hiring an Outdoor Sales Executive (Medical Representatives) to promote a specialized pharma portfolio across assigned territories in Lebanon (South and Central areas). This is a field-based role focused on doctor coverage, relationship building, and target achievement.
Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic portfolio to healthcare professionals
- Visit doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals on a structured coverage plan
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians and key accounts
- Deliver product presentations and scientific detailing
- Support HCPs with product information and usage guidance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Submit field activity and sales reports
- Monitor competitor activity and market feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related scientific field
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is a plus
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Commercial mindset with good territory discipline
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
- Must be motorized with a valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel daily within assigned territory
