Market Manager Oman & Bahrain
Job Description
This account management role covers Oman & Bahrain for all channels including retail and eCommerce. The manager coordinates with local distributors for planning, selling, and activation of brands like Häagen-Dazs and Old El Paso.
Responsibilities
- Deliver annual Sales Targets and Gross margin development
- Align distributors on commercial targets through Joint Business Plans
- Identify action plans to accelerate share and volume growth
- Negotiate distributor trade terms and activation plans
- Build sales and distributor capabilities
- Train distributor sales teams on Perfect Store approach
Qualifications
- University Degree in Business or related field
- 7+ years of sales experience with a leading FMCG company
- Solid experience in P&L management and distributor working environments
