Ecommerce Manager
Job Description
Lead e-commerce business operations, managing growth, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Handles daily order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily smooth operation of online channels
- Manage order fulfillment and logistics coordination
- Own e-commerce strategy, KPIs, and P&L
- Manage product setup and listings (Arabic and English)
- Analyze data for growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly management reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce
- At least 2 years in a managerial role
