Communications Intern
Job Description
UniversalGiving is looking for a Communications Intern to update and utilize their proprietary Salesforce CRM, engage social media platforms, create content, and write newsletters. This is a part-time, flexible remote position with a minimum 6-month commitment.
Responsibilities
- Update and utilize Salesforce CRM to track relationships
- Engage social media platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
- Create content for social media platforms
- Writing newsletters and posting on social media
- Writing copy for website
- Craft and update outreach communication templates
Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Critical attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
- Demonstrated experience in the field of communications, and/or PR
