Job Description
ROBINSON is looking for an F&B Manager to work in Egypt. You will be responsible for all F&B outlets, ensuring quality standards, managing employees, and overseeing economic efficiency, including purchasing and warehousing.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all F&B outlets and quality standards
- Manage employees and pass on expertise
- Monitor purchasing and warehousing
- Ensure economic efficiency of the F&B area
- Coordinate special events and beach dinners
Qualifications
- Training in the hotel and catering industry
- At least 2 years experience as F&B Manager
- Business fluent in German and English
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
