Transaction Services Analyst / Associate
Job Description
We are now taking applications for Analyst / Associate (1-4 years) roles in our Transaction Services team at KPMG Türkiye.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial data to identify key drivers of business performance
- Discussing historical events with company management
- Analyzing valuation considerations such as adjusted EBITDA and net debt
- Preparing financial due diligence reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- Strong accounting and finance background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of English
