Job Description
As a Restaurant Manager at Divan Erbil, you will provide a warm welcome for Guests and assume responsibility for all aspects relating to the daily operation of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for daily restaurant operations
- Compose weekly staff rosters
- Perform daily and weekly stock takes
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance management
- Handle customer complaints
- Organize and attend regular meetings
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager in a 5 star hotel
- Ability to speak, read, write advanced level of English
- Thorough knowledge in Micros System
- Presentation and Training Skills
