Key Account Manager (Center/South of Italy)
Job Description
Play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing relationships with clients in the travel-tech industry. This remote role requires regular business trips across Central and Southern Italy to expand presence and increase partner performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with travel agencies and tour operators
- Identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory
- Provide product training and presentations to partners
- Address incident issues and oversee payment transaction accuracy
- Conduct market and competitive environment analysis
- Develop API deals with partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience in full sales life cycle
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making
