The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for S3C. Reporting to the Directing Manager, the role involves directing performance to expand market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and review proposals, tenders, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Track performance metrics and report progress to senior management.
