Regional Operations Manager
Job Description
Flock Safety is seeking a dynamic Manager, Regional Operations to oversee the success and health of operations within California. You will proactively identify systemic issues impacting your region and develop solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee success and health of operations within a designated region
- Address challenges and optimize processes at the local level
- Ensure readiness for incoming projects in the sales pipeline
- Improve performance of installed devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Success, PM)
- Own Operations/Delivery metrics for the region
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in operations management or project management
- Proven success in managing complex operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose root causes
- SQL experience is a plus
- Proficiency in managing projects from inception to completion
