Job Description
Proactive IT Manager to drive IT excellence. Leadership role responsible for managing all IT operations including infrastructure, networks, systems, cybersecurity, and business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire IT function
- Oversee Microsoft platforms (O365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Azure)
- Develop and enforce IT policies and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs
- Manage vendor contracts and budgets
- Guide and mentor the IT team
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in IT or related field
- 7 10+ years of IT management experience
- Hands-on Microsoft admin skills (O365, SharePoint, Azure, AD)
- Strong background in cybersecurity, governance, and audit readiness
- Fluent in English and Arabic
