Business Development Manager Italy (Campania Region)
Job Description
RateHawk is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Campania region in Italy. You will drive sales efforts, forge strategic partnerships, and expand the client base for tour operators and travel agencies. This is a remote role requiring up to 50% travel for client meetings and industry events. You must be fluent in Italian and English and have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales activities to hit targets in assigned territory
- Sign up new partners (tour operators, OTAs, TMCs) and provide training
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners
- Manage an assigned portfolio of partners and provide support
- Execute commercial deals and manage document flow
- Analyze market and competitive environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience in the full sales life cycle
- Experience within travel, IT, or e-commerce industries (Plus)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
