Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Real Estate Sales Consultants. Freshers and candidates from any sales background are welcome to apply. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on leads provided by the company
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Promote off-plan and ready properties to potential clients
- Conduct property viewings and site visits
- Explain pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits
- Negotiate deals and assist clients through the booking process
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups using CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and landlords
- Provide professional after-sales support until deal closure
Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates from any sales background are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, email, MS Office)
