Legal Counsel (m/f/d) – IT Contract Law & Compliance
Job Description
As Legal Counsel at Nagarro, you will be part of our global legal team working on challenging IT projects at the interface between law and technology.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (IT, software, cloud)
- Advising internal stakeholders on legal issues
- Monitoring regulatory requirements (Cyber Resilience Act, DORA, etc.)
- Developing compliance measures
Qualifications
- Higher legal education (law degree)
- Relevant experience in IT companies
- In-depth knowledge of contract and IT law
- Familiar with regulatory requirements (GDPR, AI regulation)
- Proficient in German and English
