Job Description
Responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet set standards and qualities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production
- Coordinate daily tasks with Sous Chef
- Instruct and lead subordinates in food preparation
- Supervise buffets and special functions
- Coordinate cleanliness and cost control
Qualifications
- Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course
- Previous experience in quality establishments
- Ability to communicate well in English
