Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Lead / HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate can work independently, handle multiple HR functions, and support business growth through effective people management.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Manage employee relations, queries, and grievance handling
- Oversee HR operations, documentation, and records management
- Prepare and manage payroll inputs and support employee benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, HR policies, and company procedures
- Support performance management, KPIs, and appraisal processes
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance
