Processing Supervisor
Job Description
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for executing production plans, optimizing resources, and ensuring our shrimp products meet the highest international standards of quality and food safety.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily production plan to achieve maximum output
- Ensure 100% compliance with product specifications, HACCP plans, GMP rules, and EMS-14001 standards
- Supervise, motivate, and train staff on SOPs and hygiene practices
- Track performance KPIs and monitor equipment cleanliness
Qualifications
- Degree in Process Engineering, Food Processing/Technology, or a related Diploma
- 3+ years in a large-scale fresh food processing plant (4–5 years if holding a Diploma)
