Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Engineer for our Ice Cream Factory located in Corlu, Tekirdag. The factory operates seven days a week with three shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise blue-collar staff
- Handle shift transitions and handovers
- Identify machinery issues to minimize downtime
- Prepare detailed shift reports
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing shift workers
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Turkish
- Experience in Food Manufacturing preferred
