Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you’ll contribute to shaping intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences for Absorb’s learning solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, take ownership of well-defined projects, and help evolve our design system.
Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into user-centered designs for web and mobile
- Prototype and iterate on ideas to improve interaction flows
- Conduct and synthesize research
- Contribute to and maintain design system components
- Collaborate with developers and product managers
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS
- Strong portfolio showcasing interaction patterns
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
