Job Description
The Area Manager is responsible for leading and developing store teams in alignment with brand and company strategy, overseeing operations, driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring top-tier retail standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sales and operational goals are achieved
- Manage store managers and staff to keep stores to highest standards
- Achieve sales targets through proactive commercial agendas
- Monitor cash flows, sales performance, and inventory control
- Resolve customer service issues quickly
- Monitor stock control and shrinkage
- Provide critical analytical feedback on store performance
Qualifications
- High school certificate
- 7+ years’ experience in retail operations with minimum 3 years in Store Management role
- English proficiency
