Quality Lead
Job Description
This position is physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP. The Quality Lead is responsible for performance monitoring of program functional areas through the established auditing program, document control program and Vectrus Improvement Program. Can perform audit surveillances of Program internal procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, lead, and provide technical guidance to auditors
- Schedules, assigns, reviews, and approves audit/surveillance reports
- Conducts audit surveillances in functional areas
- Monitor and track for nonconformances
- Facilitates Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action plans
- Oversees the site implementation of the Voice of Customer Program
Qualifications
- ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor certification
- Must have valid US Passport
- A minimum of 5 years direct Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience
- 7 years in contracting environment
