Job Description
Build the operational systems and infrastructure that drive visibility on YouTube and Search through unconventional methods. Research and test strategies to maximize visibility fast, understanding platform detection, signals, and thresholds. This is a foundational role with potential for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Research and test visibility strategies for YouTube and Search
- Design experiments to challenge platform assumptions
- Build and manage technical environments to support operations
- Develop systematic approaches to engagement and CTR optimization
- Document repeatable processes (SOPs)
Qualifications
- Experience in SEO, YouTube growth, or affiliate marketing
- Understanding of platform mechanics beyond official guidelines
- Systems thinker with a resourceful and scrappy mindset
- Fluent in English
- Experience in iGaming or automation tools (n8n, Make) is a plus
