IT General Manager - Retail | Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We are seeking an IT General Manager for a leading retail company in Saudi Arabia. You will define and execute the IT strategy aligned with retail growth and lead IT transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with growth.
- Oversee POS systems implementation across all branches.
- Manage IT infrastructure, cloud, networks, and cybersecurity standards.
- Lead Microsoft Dynamics implementation and integration.
- Oversee e-commerce platforms and mobile applications.
- Manage distributed IT teams and third-party vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior IT leadership role.
- Strong retail industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/CRM).
