Job Description
The Business Development Manager at Jadeer Logistics is responsible for driving commercial growth across core service lines: Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Transport, Terminal Handling, ISO Tank Depot, and Warehousing. This role involves strategic partnerships and key account management aligned with Vision 2030 objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year business development strategies
- Lead pipeline generation and conversion across domestic and regional markets
- Establish partnerships with ports, free zones, and industrial cities
- Oversee tendering, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Conduct regular customer business reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business Administration
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in logistics business development
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets in logistics
- Familiarity with Saudi logistics ecosystem and Mawani regulations
