Aftersales Manager – Industrial Printing & Production Line Solutions
Job Description
Lead and manage the full aftersales function for industrial printing systems and production line equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable service operations. Oversees maintenance, spare parts, and warranty management.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual aftersales business plan and revenue targets
- Create preventive maintenance programs and service models
- Oversee daily maintenance, breakdown calls, and installations
- Manage SLA performance and technical support
- Manage spare parts cycle and inventory
- Oversee warranty claims and contract profitability
- Recruit and train service engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
- 7–10+ years experience in industrial aftersales/service management
