UI/UX Motion Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and versatile Midweight UI / UX Motion Designer to join our dynamic CX team, supporting bold and transformative digital initiatives. This crucial hybrid role will be instrumental in defining the user interface design and interactive personality of cutting-edge digital products. You will bridge static design with purposeful motion, translating complex functionalities into clear, engaging, and memorable interactions. The ideal candidate will blend strong visual design skills with the ability to articulate motion's impact on usability, contributing to impactful projects that reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define user interface design and the interactive personality for digital products
- Translate complex functionalities into interactions through static UI and purposeful motion design
- Contribute to impactful projects that reflect design excellence
- Collaborate with CX team across multiple locations
- Tackle challenges across Customer Experience pillars
- Communicate design ideas and rationale to clients and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with developers and other professionals
- Present and defend designs to peers and executive-level stakeholders
- Maintain focus on fine detail while considering strategic context
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer, Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or a similar role
- Agency experience with a proven track record on large-scale projects is highly valued
- Proficiency in industry-standard UI Design tools, including Figma (preferred), Sketch, and Adobe XD
- Proficiency in Motion Design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie, Lottie, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design patterns, usability, and accessibility standards
- Experience using comprehensive, documented design systems, reusable component libraries
- Experience designing multi-channel digital experiences, particularly for Arabic audiences, is a strong plus
