HR Executive
Job Description
The HR Executive will handle sales KPI management, reporting, recruitment focused on sales roles, and general HR operations to support the sales teams at ITW Properties.
Responsibilities
- Track, monitor, and analyze sales KPIs such as lead conversion, site visits, and target achievement
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS & KPI dashboards
- Support incentive calculations and performance-linked payouts
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, channel partner, and site-level roles
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
- Support training coordination and onboarding programs for sales teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, FMCG, BFSI, or sales-driven industries
- Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, MIS reporting, and HR analytics
- Hands-on experience in recruitment for sales roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, CRM, and job portals
