Service Advisor | Al-Futtaim Automotive | BYD
Job Description
Receive customers, note jobs required, provide estimates, and follow up repairs in the workshop. Technically competent to understand needs and raise service orders for the BYD brand.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and record requests without delay
- Collect accurate symptoms for quick resolutions
- Provide cost estimates and promised delivery times
- Check workshop situation and follow up jobs
- Deliver vehicles and explain invoices to customers
- Promotion of value-added services
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as Service Advisor in automotive dealership
- DAE Diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering
- Good PC Skills and experience with DMS
