Job Description
Position: Medical Records Specialist. Type: Hourly contract. Compensation: $60–$80/hour. Location: Remote. Commitment: Part-time, long-term project-based (minimum 15 hours/week). Role Responsibilities: Design occupation-specific questions based on real-world medical records workflows. Translate healthcare documentation standards and processes into structured evaluation content. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance awareness in all materials. Collaborate with AI researchers to benchmark and improve model understanding. Provide expert feedback grounded in medical records and health information practices. Requirements: Strong full-time professional experience as a Medical Records Specialist. Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail. Access to a desktop or laptop computer.
