Job Description
Quantity Surveying Engineer focused on EPC mega-scale projects, cost management, commercial contract review, and financial control.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and cash flow forecasts
- Support commercial contract review and pricing structures
- Monitor project variations, claims, and change orders
- Prepare interim payment certificates and final accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost control
