Our client, a renowned hospitality group, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior Hospitality Apprentice. You will gain hands-on experience across various departments, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and event management.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of different hotel sections
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests
- Learn about guest relations and operational procedures
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of service quality
Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills
- Completed secondary education or equivalent
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
