Job Description

The HR Specialist is primarily responsible for payroll administration using SAP systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. The role supports core HR functions while ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, Qiwa, Mudad, and company policies, and maintaining accurate employee and payroll data within SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and validate monthly payroll using SAP
  • Maintain and update employee master data and payroll-related infotypes in SAP
  • Ensure payroll processing complies with Saudi Labor Law and GOSI regulations
  • Process overtime, leave balances, attendance data, and salary adjustments
  • Follow up on annual salary increments and promotions
  • Prepare payroll control reports and reconciliations for HR and Finance
  • Support onboarding and offboarding payroll activities, including final settlements
  • Coordinate with Finance and government entities regarding payroll requirements
  • Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR administration with a strong focus on payroll processing using SAP
  • Practical working knowledge of SAP HCM / SAP Payroll
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and immigration regulations
