Job Description
Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants towards achieving operational objectives and ensuring standards of cleanliness and maintenance meet requirements at Erbil Rotana.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignments.
- Issue keys and supplies.
- Inspect areas cleaned using checklists.
- Supervise cleaning of guest rooms and corridors.
- Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants.
- Assist with inventory and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in hospitality.
- Previous minor supervisory experience within Housekeeping.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Computer literacy; experience with Opera is an advantage.
