Job Description
Transport guest luggage to/from guestrooms. Escort guests to rooms and inform guests of all hotel services, facilities, and features. Be responsible for attending to the immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay. Maintain Rosewood high standards of service and hospitality at all times. Have a thorough knowledge of all standards and procedures required at Concierge.

- Escort guests and explain room features
- Correctly tag and store luggage
- Maintain lobby area cleanliness
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions
- Report issues to Bell Captain
