Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Recreation Supervisor to lead and manage children’s recreational programs and activities. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with kids, strong leadership skills, and experience in organizing fun, safe, and engaging activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily recreational activities for children
- Plan, organize, and implement age-appropriate games and programs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Lead and train a team of activity staff
- Maintain a fun, structured, and safe environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Friendly, patient, and energetic personality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a team
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
